1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services
All services will be delivered based on mutually agreed proposals and timelines. Any changes in scope require written approval and may incur additional charges.

3. Confidentiality
All shared project information is confidential. We do not disclose client data, models, or project details to third parties without written consent.

4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made per the agreed milestone or invoice terms. Delayed payments may result in work suspension or late fees.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Deliverables remain Mepography’s intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid in full, ownership transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

6. Liability Limitation
Mepography shall not be held responsible for any construction issues or damages arising from the misuse of our BIM outputs. Models should be used for reference and coordination.

7. Revisions & Additional Work
Minor corrections are included. Significant changes beyond the initial scope will be quoted and scheduled separately.

8. Use of Third-Party Software
We use licensed industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Primavera. Clients are responsible for compatible software or viewer access if required.

9. Jurisdiction
All disputes, if unresolved amicably, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts where the company is registered and operates.

10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
